OFFICERS’ TRAINING

The following people must attend the Officers’ Training:

• Senate Presidents and Secretaries
  
• Assembly Speakers and Clerks
  
• Committee Leadership
  
• Governor and Cabinet members

Throughout the weekend we will:

• Learn the responsibilities and procedures of each office
  
• Role play a variety of situations
  
• Cabinet members and Committee Chairs will review Bills
  

Note: Failure to attend Officers’ Training will result in immediate termination from office unless excused by Program Staff, in advance, and for cases of true emergencies.
